Tara the No Limits Tri-Paw

Tara (Windy Hill Just The Way You Are) is Mary Pat’s Flat-Coated Retriever companion, including for business. She is an inspirational adaptive athlete with a short right front leg, no foot and NO LIMITS. Tara LOVES dock diving and water rescue training, as well as playing a little low-jump agility and rally for fun. Water is definitely her favorite element though some mountain hiking is a second favorite activity!

Tara is also an honorary adaptive athlete member of a cycling team, Pedallers for the Wounded. Tara and Mary Pat have participated in non-profit World T.E.A.M. (The Exceptional Athlete Matters) Sports’ Face of America Gettysburg 110-mile cycling challenge benefiting Wounded Warriors since 2019. Mary Pat cycles with the team while Tara focuses on her fundraising and being there for everyone throughout the event.

Tara is an invaluable member of the Blue Moon Wellness team. Besides being a perfect representation of how regular bodywork and managing activity risk keep our canine friends moving their best throughout their life, Tara's gentle energy provides a calming effect during massage and energy sessions.

Tara is the embodiment of full-hearted joie de vivre. Need a lift? Need to remember that you can do it, despite all odds? Spend a few minutes on Tara’s Facebook page. Just by being herself, Tara will help you remember the best in you!

“You’re still magic for Sonata! When she makes Grand Prix you will have to go to shows with us!”
